Get to Know Us
Angie is a national fitness presenter and cast member for international fitness videos. She has been teaching Spinning since 1999. Angie left halfway through her first cycling class she ever took because it was boring. She promises to make exercise feel like FUN, not punishment. And being a new Mom again at age 44, she knows the importance of getting a killer workout in a short amount of time. So let’s go!
